Players fill all nine shot glasses and then begin playing Tic-Tac-Toe like normal. The player with three shot glasses in a row wins and the loser takes a shot. If both players end up with a stalemate then they both drink. The game includes four "X" shot glasses, four "O" shot glasses, one "XO" shot glass and an etched glass playing board.
